Am the best, I will grab an award at this year’s tertiary awards – DJ Ann Kay brags.

One of Ghanaian’s finest female DJ Anna-Agape Addo-Nkrumah known in the Ghanaian showbiz industry as DJ Ann Kay is loading hopes up as she contest for this year’s edition of UMB Ghana Tertiary Awards.

She is a final year student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) reading Communication Studies. In an interview with yarquah1on1.com, DJ ANN noted after losing in her home awards (UCC SRC Awards), she is very hopeful she is going to grab an award at the Tertiary Awards come November 24th at the National Theatre.

Thou she is the only female in the “Most Influential Students DJ” category, she believes she is the best among the other twenty one (21) guys battling it out with her. Representing the University of Cape Coast, DJ Ann Kay also took the opportunity to ask her fellow colleagues in the University to support her get the prestigious tertiary award home.

“ My category as stated earlier stands the most challenging category in the competition ” DJ Ann stated. Already we are in a country where institutions don’t have balance in terms of gender. She added. As the awards seeks to award students and institutions whose lives and contributions are affecting our Society positively, the strongest female DJ believes she is the best among the others. She also urged the participation of female in the Djing world.
